Online Returns Procedure

We hope you’ll love your Nathan Richardson Hair order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

You can either return your items to your local store or send back to us via your local post office. To return via your post office, you will need to complete the online form - this can be found at Tracked Returns on the Royal Mail website.

** Please ensure you obtain a printed poof of postage from your post office **
