Cancellation Policy - 48 Hours
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full service price.
Colour Consultation & Skin Test/AAT Policy
A simple allergy skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to all colour services.
All colour appointments must be preceded by a consultation. This allows us to fully understand your desired result, assess whether it can be achieved, and ensure the correct amount of time is booked for your service. Your consultation also provides the opportunity to complete your skin test.
